Festival Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of purchase using the order number from your receipt. All merchandise must be new and unused, and all labels and tags must be intact. Products will be inspected before a refund is issued. Refunds for new and unused merchandise will be issued in the form of the original payment. If the products do not meet your standards, you may return them for store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Festival Cancellation Policy
